Andrea Sevsek
Andrea Sevsek is a Registered Holistic Allergist and Nutritionist practicing her craft at Serenity Massage & Wellness in Streetsville. She is also an educator, teaching future generations of holistic nutritionists at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), and is also a corporate presenter.
Andrea is a graduate of CSNN -- graduating at the top of her class -- and a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. She earned her certification in holistic allergy from the Institute of Natural Health Technologies (INHT), making her one of a few practitioners using Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE) to safely, effectively and permanently clear allergies or intolerances. Andrea also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organic Chemistry and a Masters of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences, both from the University of Toronto. With her extensive experience in the health field, including fitness and pharmaceutical industries, combined with her unique training in holistic nutrition and allergy clearing, Andrea uses a multi-directional approach in helping her clients resolve any number of health problems that include allergies, arthritis, asthma, Celiac, constipation, cravings, fatigue, fibromyalgia, gas/bloating, headaches/ migraines, IBS, overweight, etc.
Andrea creates individual programs focused on the whole person, bringing balance to body systems that need help. The emphasis is on lifestyle modification and quality nutrition, while incorporating whole food supplements and/or herbal therapies, if appropriate, and always working with the individual’s likes, dislikes, and limitations.
